When my husband suggested we take a spring break trip to Colorado I was so excited...when he said we were going to drive and stop at three spots in the state...I lost the excitement. Trapped with four kids in a car is not how I define fun. But, I loved every minute of it. We went to Garden of the Gods, University of Colorado, Estes Park, The haunted Stanley Hotel and ended with three days of skiing the mountains of Breckenridge. The kids were amazing with very few complaints, our stops were picturesque and everyone got along perfectly. Plus, my daughter Ashley loves getting her pictures taken about as much as I love taking them, so we got A LOT of her. We're already planning our next vacation there next year.
